• Delivering work within agreed timelines and budgets
• Obtaining necessary approvals and permits as specified
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information
• Timely payment of fees as per agreed terms
• Obtaining site access and necessary permissions
• Providing feedback and approvals within specified timeframes
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Ensuring site safety during construction supervision

5. Payment Terms

Our payment terms are as follows:

• Consultation fees are payable in advance
• Design fees are typically paid in installments as per project milestones
• Additional services may incur extra charges
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges
• Disputed amounts must be raised within 30 days of invoice date

6. Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property rights:

• Design concepts and drawings remain our intellectual property until full payment
• Clients receive a license to use designs for the specific project
• We retain the right to use project images for marketing purposes
• Clients may not reproduce or modify designs without permission
• Third-party materials used are subject to their respective copyrights

7. Project Changes and Revisions

Changes to project scope:

• Major changes may require additional fees and timeline adjustments
• Change requests must be submitted in writing
• We reserve the right to charge for extensive revisions
• Timeline extensions due to client changes may incur additional costs

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.

10. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. This confidentiality survives the completion of the project unless specifically waived by the client.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• Client is liable for work completed to date
• All materials and drawings must be returned
• Outstanding fees become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations continue

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the applicable laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. The jurisdiction for legal matters shall be Moradabad courts.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action must be initiated within one year of the dispute arising.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
